Design Engineers

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of manufacturing or industry experience
  • Experience in dies/mold design, including detailing, 2D and 3D design; AutoCAD is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Advanced CAD experience
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, Inventor, and AutoCAD
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Risk-taking, a propensity for learning, and no fear of failure
  • Efficient organizational skills to follow timelines, prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the Toyota Production System or 5S culture

Tool & Dies Maker

Requirements

  • Experience in dies, jigs, and fixture repairs
  • Ability to read and debug engineering drawings
  • Ability to troubleshoot dies to improve dimensional part quality
  • Ability to complete new dies assembly and trials, develop preventive-maintenance plans, set up spare parts, and define best practices
  • Ability to propose and evaluate processes for die maintenance and reliability
  • Work in accordance with QSR, ISO, SOPs, work rules, and safety guidelines
  • Knowledge of TPS or 5S culture

Human Resource Staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a relevant field; Psychology, Law, or Industrial Engineering majors preferred
  • Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office applications, and excellent communication skills
  • Passion for people development
  • 3–5 years of experience as an HR administrator, HR assistant, or in a relevant role
  • Experience with HR support, specifically talent development, training and development, records management, and employee relations
  • Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Prior experience creating onboarding programs and supporting the employee lifecycle
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
